possess a state-of-the-art-infrastructural facility incorporated with
advanced machinery, pulp moulding plants, quality checking facilities,
warehouse, and other requisite facilities. Sprawled across a vast area
of about 2.2 lacs sq. m., our production facility is capable of
producing different types of tray sizes as per the egg size capacity.
Our annual production capacity is 90 million egg trays.
The
unit is outfitted with sophisticated machines like automatic moulding
machinery, pulp moulding plants, and other special purpose machines.
Based on latest technology, these machines have high productivity,
convenience of mould changeover, and are low on energy consumption. In
addition, we are backed by a vast team comprising 70 workers who assist
us in meeting the ever growing requirements of our clients within the
given time frame.
